Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

We charge no shipping and handling fees. Free shipping is included in both prepaid and cash on delivery orders.

Order Processing:

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like COVID-19, weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or other reasons - it may take longer. you will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Address Change Request:

Address change will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if a new location is within the same state.
